Bradbury 13 a’ la YouTube

Ray Bradbury’s works are some of my greatest inspirations. Probably best known for Fahrenheit 451 and The Martian Chronicles, his speculative fiction career spanned for more than sixty years. But his efforts reach far beyond my interest and before my time, his influence affecting many artists, writers, and others.

Not long ago, a wonderful radio drama, Bradbury 13, aired from 1983 to 1984. Paul Frees hosted the show, setting a rather chilling mood before each drama begins. (If you’ve ever visited Disney’s Haunted Mansion ride, Frees is the memorable Ghost Host.)

Once again, I would like to thank Ian Durneen (https://www.behance.net/IanDurneen) for bringing this wonderful radio drama to my attention; it’s been hours of listening enjoyment.

Go on. Say something.
