If I Must,

if I must dance, if I must laugh–laugh loud, laugh long, if I must sing–so bad you laugh, so bad I laugh, if I must sock puppet play–so bad you laugh, again, so bad I play, again, if I must–my love who gave me wings–fly–I’ll soar high, soar far, soar milky cloud and turquoise sky–I must: I must live, and I must love.
