Forming story concepts can be a tricky business. But after sifting through many, many ideas, I believe I’ve come up with a solid four that deliver a compelling (and, hopefully, dramatic) stage to set my stories.
Will these be long stories? I can’t tell, yet. But as I dig deeper into each character, the dimensions they need–to roam, to play, to challenge some antagonistic force–will eventually span the paper I work on, outline or not.
